**Job Summary**
As a Service Technician – Part Time Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in the Fife Region. You'll work closely with our customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues with our soft drink fountain machines, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. This is a part-time role that requires flexibility, including working on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as occasional holidays.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards
* Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
* Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
* Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
* Remain positive, work as a team player, and create excellent customer support-oriented organizations
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* Valid driver's license
* Technical aptitude to fix machines
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as occasional holidays
