As a remote employee, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and analyzing social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. If you're passionate about clean energy, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** As a Social Media and Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Managing and monitoring arenaflex's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more * Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner * Creating engaging and relevant content to promote arenaflex's products and brand * Analyzing social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement * Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback * Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Proven experience in social media management and customer service * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Familiarity with social media tools and analytics * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays **Educational Qualifications** While a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, we also consider equivalent work experience.
