**Key Responsibilities**
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and customer service expertise
* Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
* Entering application data accurately and efficiently
* Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned
* Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality service
* Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and meet customer needs
* Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
* Managing time and tasks effectively, with a focus on multitasking and task prioritization
* Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments
* Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
* Comfortable working from home and self-motivated, with a success-driven attitude

**Preferred Experience**
While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act, would be a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is also a desirable skill.
