About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 4-5 years of agency recruiting experience with a successful track record in quality placements.

- Strong background in recruitment process optimization, talent pipeline management, and employer branding.
- Experience in hiring for a diverse range of roles, ideally in both technical and non-technical functions.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance recruiting teams.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor).
