Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, ticket, and chat channels, resolving complex issues and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of firearms, including handguns and rifles, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Utilize Zendesk (ZD) and DialPad to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Stay organized and adaptable, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple workflows to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their customers, providing exceptional support and guidance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, with a strong background in firearms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in Zendesk (ZD) and DialPad, with experience in managing customer interactions and resolving issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience.
• Reliable and interested in a long-term commitment to the project, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with firearms, including handguns and rifles.

• Experience working in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline.
