**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Transportation Logistics Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Transportation department, you'll play a critical role in helping us navigate the complexities of transportation logistics and ensure that our fleet operates efficiently and effectively. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Industrial Engineering, Transportation Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Helping to manage and optimize the arenaflex Transportation Fleet, ensuring that our vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently
* Collaborating with managers to identify and prioritize business needs, and developing strategies to address them
* Integrating multiple data assets across various database platforms to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
* Building, creating, and maintaining multiple Excel spreadsheets to track and analyze data
* Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns, and developing reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a transportation or logistics setting
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables, macros, and data visualization
* Experience with Microsoft Access, including database design and development
* Strong typing and 10-key skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field (such as business, logistics, or mathematics) preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software
* Certification in data analysis or a related field
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
