**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Virtual Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing approved quotes returned by customers for accuracy, exercising discretion and judgment in assessing their validity.
* Setting up new customer contracts in Service Trade based on approved quotes.
* Assigning service lines to contracts as required.
* Reviewing repair quotes and ensuring jobs are assigned to the appropriate job.
* Verifying customer's tax status and contract details, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
* Assigning applicable customers' assets as needed for job.
* Assigning customers' labor contracts to jobs, abiding by appropriate labor allocation agreements.
* Collaborating with the sales team to request required documentation as needed.
* Adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure all data is entered both with consistency and in compliance with approved standard practices.
* Other duties as assigned.
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Data Entry Clerk who possesses:
* A High School Diploma/GED is required.
* An associate degree in business or supply chain is desirable.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience a plus.
* 3-5 years of office experience/data entry/customer service.
* Proficient knowledge of accounting processes.
* Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One and Service Trade preferred.
* Experience in service-related industry is desired.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
* Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Excellent written and spoken English language skills, with the ability to communicate professionally.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
