**About the Role**
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - CX Solutions, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with customers to resolve their queries and concerns, and will be expected to:
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Provide product and service information to customers
* Upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and targets
**What We're Looking For**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent certification
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)
* A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
