**Job Summary**
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
* Working from home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions to their concerns
* Take orders, verify customer information, and track packages to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Utilize multiple systems to access customer information, resolve issues, and provide solutions

**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

**Training Requirements**
* 1st Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST
* 2nd Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm CST
* Weekend Training – 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
