Our Heart At Work Behaviors support this purpose, empowering our employees to feel empowered by the role they play in shaping our culture and driving innovation. **Role Overview** As a Worklife Customer Support Associate on our EAP team, you'll work in a fully remote environment, supporting members as their front-door to mental health wellbeing. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to incoming chats and calls in a timely and professional manner * Assessing client needs and providing resources through chat and email * Recognizing crisis situations and evaluating for needed action to minimize risk * Performing research in internal databases and online to identify potential providers and resources * Entering member information into the EAP system to initiate cases and documenting comments and information thoroughly and professionally * Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and making outbound calls as needed * Providing miscellaneous support functions, including administrative support, follow-up calls, and other duties as assigned **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1-3 years of customer service experience * Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Experience in a call center environment, mental health and human services background, or experience working in RFL/Employee Assistance Program is preferred **Work Environment and Requirements** As a remote employee, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements: * A high-speed internet connection (broadband or fiber) with a minimum speed of 25mbps/3mbps * A hardwired connection (ethernet connection) is required; a wireless connection will introduce the risk of performance degradation * Consider the internet usage of others in the household during your scheduled working hours and obtain a higher speed internet connection if necessary **Benefits and Perks** As an arenaflex employee, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, and vision benefits * 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Fully-paid term life insurance plan and short-term and long-term disability benefits * Well-being programs, education assistance, and free development courses * CVS store discount and discount programs with participating partners * Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation pay, as well as paid holidays throughout the calendar year **Compensation** The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 - $35.29 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses, commissions, or short-term incentives.
