Job Summary:
The Field Service Installer is responsible for installing, removing, and relocating fountain equipment at customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, removals, and relocations of fountain equipment at customer locations
- Maintain on-vehicle parts inventory and order new supplies as needed
- Complete required paperwork, such as work tickets and parts lists
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred
- 0-3 years of general plumbing and technical experience
- Demonstrated mechanical, technical, and electrical aptitude
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
