About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Office Clerk to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of financial and administrative tasks, including handling local payments, managing petty cash, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Perform deposits of all cash/manual payments that come directly to the OpCo (operating company)
- Scan back-up support for checks, remittances, and other customer documents
- Manage petty cash fund and replenishments
- Scan invoices and receiving packets at the OpCo
- Report issues within quality control and provide documentation to the SBS processing teams
- Work closely with the quality control teams to ensure claims are submitted to obtain supplier credits
- Maintain and report regulatory compliance (i.e. USDA, food safety documentation, etc.)
- Handle will call transactions involving payments from customers and employees, including processing of employee purchases
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- 2+ years of finance and/or administration experience focused on document flow and handling transactional processing with deposit processing experience preferred

- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of an organization

Physical Demands
This role requires the following physical demands:
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear
- Frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
