Position Overview: Finance Rotational Partner

Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Rotational Partner at arenaflex, you will engage in a wide range of responsibilities that span multiple finance disciplines:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with diverse internal client groups including retail operations, consumer products, and international business units to develop insightful analyses and drive solutions that support organizational growth and profitability.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Create comprehensive financial statements, assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, and develop robust forecasting, reporting, and analytical frameworks for four distinct finance or accounting departments.
- Strategic Financial Modeling: Contribute to the development of financial models, budget projections, and strategic planning initiatives that inform executive decision-making and long-term business strategy.
- Performance Metrics Development: Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that provide actionable insights into financial performance across various business units.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements, streamline financial processes, and implement best practices that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across the finance organization and with key business partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Essential Qualifications

- Academic Status: Currently active enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or Master's degree program in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent professional qualification (must be completed prior to or during the program).
- Academic Standing: Demonstrated strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
- Availability: Availability to work part-time (approximately 8 hours per day) in our Seattle, WA location.
