Job Title: Front-End Web Developer
About the Role:
RANYAN is looking for a Front-End Web Developer to join our team! You'll be responsible for developing responsive, high-performance web applications based on approved technical and design specifications. You'll work closely with our designers and engineering team to bring great user experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and debug web applications with a focus on performance and usability
- Translate UI/UX designs into functional, responsive single-page applications (SPAs)
- Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and back-end services
- Build scalable and maintainable code using modern tools like ReactJS, Redux, Webpack, Vite, or similar
- Maintain and support existing web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and other developers
- Provide technical assessment and effort estimates for upcoming projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of front-end development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3 (SASS)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience with SPA architecture and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Gulp)
- Integration experience with RESTful APIs and understanding of performance best practices
- Good communication skills and ability to work in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or Lean)
