Fully Remote Occupational Therapist (Washington Residents Only)

About the position We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Telehealth Occupational Therapist to join our growing remote care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, virtual occupational therapy services to children across Washington State, helping them build essential life skills, improve motor development, and support their cognitive, sensory, and emotional growth. Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments to identify each child’s strengths and needs • Create individualized, goal-oriented therapy plans in collaboration with families and care teams • Provide evidence-based interventions through virtual platforms to promote functional independence • Guide parents, caregivers, and educators on strategies to support progress at home and in daily routines • Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing client progress • Partner with multidisciplinary professionals (e.g., speech therapists, physical therapists, pediatricians) to ensure coordinated care • Recommend adaptive tools and techniques to enhance daily functioning • Effectively use telehealth platforms and maintain accurate, compliant documentation Requirements • Must reside in Washington State • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required) • Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license • Pediatric OT experience required • Ability to obtain Tricare credentialing prior to start (support provided) • Private, secure workspace for conducting virtual sessions • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Ability to serve diverse populations and family needs • Successful completion of background check and reference verification Nice-to-haves • telehealth experience strongly preferred • Evening availability preferred (coverage until 7:00 PM) Benefits • 100% remote work environment • Flexible scheduling options • Meaningful impact on children and families • Supportive, collaborative team culture
