• Support new and existing clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Guide customers through enrollment or policy updates
• Explain benefit options clearly and confidently (training provided)
• Use simple digital tools to track applications and interactions
• Attend daily Zoom training and support sessions (remote)
