AmitaSoft is looking to onboard an experienced fundraising partner to support its upcoming US capital raise. We are building AI-driven platforms focused on digital trust, financial workflows, and secure document systems
, with a strong focus on fintech.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in raising capital for pre-revenue / early-stage startups
• Strong understanding of investor expectations, positioning, and deal structuring
• Well-established network across US investors (angels, VCs, family offices)
• Ability to independently manage investor outreach, conversations, and closures
• Experience in fintech or regulated sectors is preferred
• Ability to support pitch refinement, narrative building, and investor alignment
Scope of Work:
• Drive end-to-end fundraising process from outreach to closure
• Activate and leverage existing investor network for relevant introductions
• Provide strategic input on fundraising strategy, valuation positioning, and round structuring
• Support in building and managing investor pipeline and engagement tracking
