The Member Service Professional (MSP) is the front‑line ambassador of careerzynith, responsible for delivering an unforgettable experience to our premium Card Members as they step into the careerzynith Lounge. Key Responsibilities
- First Impressions: Greet Card Members with warmth, verify eligibility, and guide them through the lounge check‑in process.
