What You'll Be Doing
For Customer Support Roles:
As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both German and English
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Troubleshooting customer issues and finding effective solutions
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets for customer satisfaction and response times

For Content Moderation Roles:
As a Content Moderator at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and safety of digital platforms. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing user-generated content including text, images, videos, and comments
- Identifying and removing content that violates community guidelines or terms of service
- Assessing reports of inappropriate content submitted by users
- Applying consistent moderation policies across all content types

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent German speaker with B2 level proficiency, combined with English skills at B1-B2 level
- Eligibility: Possession of an EU passport or valid EU work authorization
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both German and English
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to one of our European locations (Portugal, Spain, Malta, Greece, Bulgaria, or Romania)
- Availability: Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends if required

Preferred Qualifications:
