What We’re Looking For
We are currently looking for experienced Portuguese Immigration Lawyers with a strong interest in Immigration and Global Mobility to join our international team as freelance collaborators.
This role is ideal for professionals who want to focus on delivering high-quality legal solutions within a modern, international structure — without being involved in business development or administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations with international individuals and corporate clients.
Advise on immigration and mobility strategies in Portugal (visas, residence permits, workforce relocation, citizenship).
Manage applications and processes with Portuguese authorities (AIMA, consulates, registries).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless mobility experience for clients.
Maintain organized case tracking and communication through CRM tools.
Note: Lead generation is handled internally — you will work with qualified and validated clients.
Requirements
Law degree obtained in Portugal.
+4 years of experience in Immigration Law, ideally with exposure to international mobility cases.
Experience with key processes such as D7, D8, D2, family reunification, and nationality.
Strong client management skills, especially with international profiles.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1). Spanish is a plus.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment.
