About the Role

The Director, IT Service Desk and General Manager, India Operations is a senior leadership role with dual responsibilities: overseeing global IT support and leading the operational management of the India entity.

IT Service Desk Leadership:
Responsible for global IT support operations, ensuring high‑quality end‑user services, efficient incident resolution, and a strong user experience. This role provides strategic direction, operational leadership, and continuous improvement aligned with enterprise IT strategy.

General Manager, India Operations:
Oversees the India entity’s leadership, governance, compliance, financial management, and day‑to‑day operations. Ensures adherence to local regulations, corporate policies, and financial standards while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
