The Growth Marketing Specialist will develop and operate AI-powered systems to generate leads and drive growth, collaborating closely with the CEO and preparing for future sales team expansion.ResponsibilitiesOwn and Build Top-of-Funnel SystemsDesign, test, and optimize AI-powered outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and industry communitiesImprove lead capture, lead scoring, and qualification using HubSpotLaunch A/B tests weekly across messaging, audiences, and CTAsAmp Up Inbound Through Digital MarketingTurn our existing content, webinars, conference talks, and expert insights into: Lead magnets, Drip campaigns, Retargeting assets, SEO-optimized contentOptimize our website for conversion (CRO frameworks, forms, automations, routing)Manage website (Wordpress) and monthly newsletter (Campaign Monitor) contentBuild Automation to Scale EverythingImplement AI tools for: Prospect research, Contact enrichment, Personalized outreach, Lead scoring, Meeting schedulingConnect automation workflows across HubSpot, Apollo, Zapier, LinkedIn, Slack, and emailPartner with CEO & Prepare for Sales Team ExpansionTake ownership of early meetings and nurture deal flowsHelp build the pipeline necessary to justify hiring a senior Enterprise AE (targeting enterprise/government/global accounts)Track KPIs and report funnel insights weeklySkills1–3+ years in Demand Gen, BDR, Growth Marketing, or Marketing OpsHands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Campaign Monitor, Wordpress, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, and AI assistantsStrong comfort with automation tools (Zapier, Make, HubSpot Workflows, Clay, ChatGPT)You enjoy cold outreach, A/B testing, data, and building repeatable systemsYou want to help a scaling company transition from founder-led sales to a modern sales + marketing engineProfessional fluency in English and SpanishExperience working in a small, fast-moving tech companyFamiliarity with long enterprise sales cyclesAbility to repurpose technical content into digestible marketing assetsInterest in eventually growing into Demand Gen Manager, SDR Lead, or Growth LeadBenefitsCompetitive Benefits Package: We offer employees stock options3-weeks vacationExtended medical benefitsHybrid / Flexible Work EnvironmentLearning and Mentorship: Self-improvement, mentorship and career growth are core to our values.Company OverviewThisFish Inc.
