This is a defining role for a content leader who is passionate about creating engaging, science-backed content across a variety of formats. As Head of Content at Thrive Global, you will lead our content team and own the development of best-in-class health and wellbeing content that empowers individuals and organizations around the world.

This is a player-coach role with a deliberate balance of hands-on, tactical execution and leadership. You will shape a content strategy and oversee a team, while also writing, editing, and producing high-impact content that sets the bar for excellence. As a leader both internally and externally, you will represent Thrive’s brand, voice, and behavior change methodology to maximize impact, and harness your creativity and expertise to explore new ways of bringing value to our global customers.

Total target compensation for this role will be $210,000.
