Role Description:
Position: Full-Time Healthcare Lawyer (Remote)
As a key member of our team, you will:
• Provide expert legal guidance on a wide range of issues, including contract law, employment law, compliance, HIPAA regulations, and fraud and abuse laws.
• Assist in forming legal entities and negotiating terms between Management Services Organizations (MSOs) and medical entities.
• Offer dedicated support to healthcare practitioners, ensuring their legal needs are met with the utmost care.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who possess:
• Education: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited Texas law school and an active Texas license to practice law.
• Experience: A proven background in healthcare law, particularly in compliance, employment, and contract law, along with relevant industry experience.
• Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in negotiating complex agreements, and a strong ability to form and organize legal entities.
• Interpersonal Qualities: A commitment to excellent client service, the ability to build strong client relationships, and the capability to work independently in a remote environment.
