Essential Functions & Responsibilities :

Regional Manager, HHW & Municipal Services
The Regional Manager, HHW & Municipal Services is responsible for executing Arcwood’s Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) growth strategy within their assigned region. This role bridges the gap between Sales and Operations, requiring the Manager to identify new business opportunities while coordinating with Field Service Delivery teams and third-party vendors. The Regional Manager is responsible for growth and execution, ensuring the retention and expansion of municipal accounts while delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality HHW collection events. 

 

Partnering closely with the Program Manager, Household Hazardous Waste this role translates national strategy into regional action—owning local client relationships, supporting and winning bids, and leading the end-to-end execution of HHW events.
