[Hiring] Portfolio Operations Analyst @Nautilus Solar Energy

Role Description Nautilus Solar Energy’s Portfolio Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the management and operations of Nautilus’ generating portfolio. Using web-based monitoring tools, the Portfolio Operations Analyst will ensure Nautilus’ solar sites are performing optimally. This position reports to a Senior Portfolio Operations Manager. • Daily monitoring of Nautilus’ solar power plant performance. • Manage and document plant alerts and cases for follow up. • Organize and process O&M expenses through Netsuite. • Schedule and manage deliverables of preventative maintenance inspections. • Work closely with Nautilus’ Portfolio Operations Managers and O&M partners to continuously improve plant performance. • Support completion of compliance reports for management and financing partners. • Assist in new plant onboarding including document management, data entry and validation. • Support Special projects as needed. • Support RFP processes and analysis for 3rd party Operations and Maintenance (O&M) partnerships. • Support the development of tools, procedures, and business relationships to help decrease Nautilus maintenance costs over time. • Support compliance with applicable warranties. Qualifications • 2-year degree required, technical degree highly preferred. • 1 year minimum of relevant solar management experience preferred. • Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work effectively remotely with different levels and functions of the organization as well as with external parties such as banks, lawyers, customers and contractors. • Ability to work independently in a team-oriented and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. • Ability to undertake complex tasks. • Project oriented with a goal to complete assignments on time. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. Requirements • Work hours 8am – 4pm EST and periodic on-call weekends for site monitoring.
