As an integral member of our Host Relations team, you will work on the “supply” side of the business, helping small businesses, farms, and non-profits on Harvest Hosts. The role will be focused on supporting the recruitment of new Host locations, as well as driving the success of our existing Host network. You will play a pivotal role in this process by driving the efficiency and success of our HubSpot CRM system. Your contributions will be instrumental in optimizing our Host marketing, recruiting, and lifecycle efforts, ensuring that our Hubspot instance remains a cornerstone of our Host Relations operations.
You will be tasked with overseeing various aspects of database management, including maintaining data accuracy, supporting segmentation creation for marketing and recruiting efforts, automating workflows and establishing processes, and developing reporting. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver targeted and personalized communication to our audience of amazing small businesses, which will support the ongoing growth of Harvest Hosts.
Additionally, you will be a team player that collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement structural enhancements to our HubSpot instance, aligning with evolving business needs while maintaining compliance with data security standards.
HubSpot Expertise: You possess a strong understanding of HubSpot’s capabilities and limitations. Comfortable with creating and maintaining custom objects, you implement new features with ease and launch strategic plans cross-departmentally.

Harvest Hosts is a private equity-backed company. This position is a full-time and fully remote role. Compensation will be based on experience with a base salary of $75-80k, plus the ability to participate in the general bonus pool and employee equity plan.
