Key Responsibilities
- Participate in projects related to performance management, including coaching, counseling, and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
- Utilize previous experience handling conversations regarding delivery of performance improvement plans, terminations, and coaching managers in these situations
- Answer and address employee HR-related questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in researching and resolving employee relations inquiries and issues
- Assist in processing leave requests and complaints, necessary investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive HR-related matters
- Utilize demonstrated knowledge of the HR field, including an understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a Tech organization
- Knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel, with advanced skills in pivots, charts, data analysis, and formulas
- Ability to multi-task under strict timelines and demonstrate strong time management skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered a plus:
- Knowledge of Google (G-Suite), including Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Chat/GVC, etc.
- Prior experience with ServiceNow
- Knowledge of LucidChart, LookerStudio, Asana, and DocuSign
