What You'll Do: Making an Impact Every Day
In this multifaceted position, you'll receive comprehensive training to handle a broad spectrum of customer service interactions. Your journey at arenaflex will be filled with learning opportunities and variety, as you address challenges ranging from billing inquiries and account management to technical support and sales consultations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Customer Relationship Building: Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, empathy, and genuine care. Utilize your growing knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers, turning every interaction into a lasting relationship.
- Billing Expertise: Become an expert at simplifying the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features. You'll translate complex telecommunications terminology into clear, understandable language that empowers customers to make informed decisions about their services.
- Technical Escalation Support: Engage Tier 3 support teams, including network and IT specialists, as well as third-party vendors and suppliers when needed to address complex issues, service faults, and provide comprehensive customer resolutions.
- Advanced Account Management: Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), account relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and prepaid service management with precision and professionalism.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Apply your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues such as voice and data problems that span multiple networks and technical elements. You'll stay current with changing technology and applications to provide the best possible resolutions.
- Product Activation: Get customers up and running with the latest products and services including air cards, USB devices, and arenaflex-provided software and applications. Ensure every customer feels confident using their new technology.
- Multi-Channel Support: Handle outbound calls and customer call-backs, provide Tier 2 ticket support, conduct escalation investigations, and manage email follow-up communications to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Schedule Flexibility: In this full-time hybrid position (40 hours/week), you'll work in our center 3-4 days weekly and remotely from home 1-2 days weekly. You'll maintain a set schedule including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service.
What We're Looking For: Your qualifications & Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience is required. You should be comfortable navigating customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be flexible to work any schedule during hours of operation. Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced typing/keyboarding skills are essential for efficiently navigating multiple systems and documentation requirements.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that caters to a variety of customer situations, including defusing difficult customer interactions and maintaining a professional demeanor in stressful scenarios.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telecommunications or technology support
- Knowledge of wireless communication systems and services
- Sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish is a plus in many markets)
- Previous experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms

- Equipment: arenaflex will provide all of the equipment you'll need to get started, including keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, and any additional peripherals.
- Workspace Standards: Your workspace must be in alignment with WFH standards including technical requirements, security protocols, physical setup, noise level considerations, and Clean Desk policy compliance.
- Monitoring Participation: You will participate in workspace audits including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, and other quality assurance measures.
- Accountability: You must be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, complete required trainings, and adhere to performance management expectations.

Our Customer Service Representatives earn $784.50 Weekly plus incentives! Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
