What will you be doing in this role?
- Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope.
- Establishes and manages project controls in order to ensure that the milestones are met and project products delivered on time and within scope and the business goals are enabled.
- Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables.
- Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the project.
- Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders.
- Assigns and controls the tasks, authorizes work packages, balance priorities and workload in the team, motivates project team members.
- Plans and controls project products delivery processes.
- Manages effective communication within the project and with external environment of the project.
- Produces project management products (like plans, logs, schedules).
- Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project.
- Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations.
- Organizes and conducts project meetings.
