Position Overview

As an In-Store Client Experience Expert at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how customers interact with our brand. Our Client Experience Experts are responsible for delivering outstanding support through various communication channels, including in-person interactions, telephone consultations, and email correspondence. You will assist customers with navigating our extensive product catalog, placing orders, understanding product details, and resolving any concerns they may have.
