Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute exciting and interactive digital marketing campaigns to engage our target audience and promote our products or services.
Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure they meet our criteria before passing them to the sales channel for further action.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to refine and implement effective sales strategies that result in high-quality leads and improved conversion rates.
Event Organization: Organize virtual or physical events across Malaysia and possibly ASEAN to generate leads, working closely with partners and principals as needed.
Partner Collaboration: Work collaboratively with partners and principals to plan and execute successful lead generation events and activities.
CRM Maintenance: Maintain meticulous records of all channel sales activities and partner interactions within the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role, demonstrating your ability to generate leads and close deals.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product information and benefits.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive successful sales outcomes.
Results-driven with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
