Responsibilities include:</div><div><br></div><ul>

<strong>Personalized Member Consultations:</strong> Meet with individuals and families to understand their current financial situation and long-term goals, offering tailored life insurance and investment-based solutions (once state certifications and company sponsored training are achieved).</li>
<li>
<strong>Financial Guidance:</strong> Educate members on a variety of financial tools including life insurance, retirement planning, college savings, and other asset protection strategies.</li>
<li>
<strong>Member Lead Engagement:</strong> Meet with existing member leads provided through local marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives.</li>
<li>
<strong>Relationship Building:</strong> Provide exceptional, ongoing service to members with regular reviews and check-ins to adjust financial plans as life evolves.</li>
<li>
<strong>Community Engagement:</strong> Actively build your network through relationship-based prospecting, local involvement, referrals, and member events.</li>
<li>
<strong>Training and Growth:</strong> Participate in Modern Woodmen’s mentorship and training programs to sharpen your professional skills and explore paths to leadership.</li>
<li>
<strong>Goal Achievement:</strong> Meet or exceed performance benchmarks for member activity, plan implementation, and retention.</li>

<strong>Compliance & Ethics:</strong> Adhere to all industry regulations, company policies, and state licensing requirements, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all member interactions.</li>
</ul><div><strong><em>Meet the Heartbeat of Our Region, Our People:</em></strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Gregory D. Mallett, Regional Director/Investment Advisor Representative</strong></div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Prior Experience:</strong> Before Modern Woodmen, Gregory was a Journeyman Electrician in Little Rock, Arkansas.</li>
<li>
<strong>Time with MWA:</strong> 35 years as of July 1st.</li>
<li>
<strong>Outside of Work:</strong> Passionate about faith and family. Enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing, and playing the guitar.</li>
<li>
<strong>About:</strong> Serves as President of the NAFIC (National Association of Fraternal Insurance Counselors) and as a board member of Soul Care with his wife, a ministry out of Liberty, Missouri, that supports pastors and church leaders and their families.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Valerie Welker, Financial Representative</strong></div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Prior Experience:</strong> Former college swimmer at Virginia Tech.</li>
<li>
<strong>Time with MWA:</strong> 7 years.</li>
<li>
<strong>Outside of Work:</strong> Loves to travel the world, passionate about Girl Scouts and giving back to the community.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Bryant Brown, Managing Partner & Investment Advisor</strong></div><ul>

<strong>Prior Experience:</strong> Played college tennis at Southern Nazarene University.</li>
<li>
<strong>Time with MWA:</strong> 20+ years.</li>

<strong>Outside of Work:</strong> Focuses on family, church, and tennis. Enjoys the outdoors, riding motorcycles, and playing tennis. Has three children, with one in college.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Layton, Managing Partner & Investment Advisor</strong></div><ul>

<strong>Prior Experience:</strong> Started right out of college. Founded and sold an options trading blog before transitioning into financial services. Holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Central Arkansas.</li>

<strong>Time with MWA:</strong> 3 years.</li>

<strong>Outside of Work:</strong> Married, loves golfing, hunting, and spending time with family. A huge Arkansas Razorback fan.</li>

<strong>Prior Experience:</strong> Played college soccer and graduated from Oklahoma State, a huge Cowboys fan.</li>

<strong>Outside of Work:</strong> Lives in Edmond, OK. Has three daughters and enjoys hunting and fishing.</li>
