As an Insurance Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our client's insurance operations. Your primary responsibility will be to review source documents and accurately enter data into our proprietary software systems to issue insurance transactions. This position requires someone who can maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a hybrid position based in Phoenix, AZ. New team members will begin with an in-office period for the first two weeks to complete IT setup and training, after which the schedule will transition to a hybrid model—3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
