Job Description:
• Oversee specific technical aspects of interior projects, from assessment through coordinated solutions and documentation.
• Provide professional consultation during planning and execution phases of projects, supporting design intent and project outcomes.
• Independently apply advanced interior design concepts and develop improved methods, tools, and solutions as needed.
• Guide less experienced staff and may manage portions of project teams, support mentorship and knowledge sharing.
• Analyze complex design issues and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
• Maintain robust communication with all project stakeholders to ensure coordination, quality, and consistency.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the firm, as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in interior architecture or interior design (or equivalent)
• 5 years of professional experience in interior design or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with design and modeling software (e.g., Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong documentation / presentation capability.
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities; experience managing complex or large-scale project components.
• NCIDQ certified (interest in earning additional specialty certifications is preferred as well)
