We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound to join our remote team at arenaflex. About the Role
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing large amounts of incoming phone calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools, meeting personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and account-related information
Key Responsibilities
In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be expected to:
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of process improvements and quality initiatives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of 12 months call center experience, with a focus on upselling and customer service
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and software, including CRM systems and other relevant tools
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 40 wpm or more
- Strong reading comprehension as well as basic math skills
- Ability to take on additional tasks as needed
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (not including THC) and criminal background check
- Employment requires current eligibility to legally work in the United States
