Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative will include:
- Customer Inquiry Management: Handle customer inquiries of varying types with patience, efficiency, and accuracy. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, and your ability to address their needs effectively is crucial to our success.
- Active Listening & Problem Resolution: Utilize exceptional active listening skills and probing question techniques to fully understand customer needs. You'll diagnose issues quickly and provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Sales Achievement: Leverage your proven track record for hitting sales targets to drive revenue growth. You'll identify opportunities to promote additional services and products that enhance the customer experience.
- Customer Retention: Manage and overcome objections for subscriber cancellation and suspension requests. Your diplomatic yet persuasive skills will be essential in assisting with reducing churn and retaining valuable customers.
- Product & Service Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Documentation & Follow-Up: Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system and ensure proper follow-up on pending issues or requests.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to established quality standards and guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all interactions.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and feedback sessions to continuously improve your skills and contribute to process improvements.

Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that inspire confidence and trust

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and standard computer applications
- Previous experience in customer service and sales environments
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- A quiet, distraction-free, and secure home workspace
Preferred Attributes:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service hotline environment
- Understanding of CRM software and ticketing systems
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding performance targets
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) – a plus but not required
Technical Requirements for Remote Work
To ensure you can deliver the exceptional service our customers expect, arenaflex requires the following technical specifications for your home workspace:
- Internet Connection: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download – the faster, the better! A hard-wired, in-house network connection is required to continuously support outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates.
- Network Type: Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems. A reliable, wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.
- Device Requirements: A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our proprietary communication app.
- Workspace: A dedicated, quiet space free from background noise and distractions during your shift.
Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance
- Stable Schedule: An 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (with shifts ranging from 6am-12am PST)
