Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Excellence
- Greet and engage with customers in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner
- Provide assistance with products and services, answering questions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively to guarantee a positive customer experience
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills including friendly demeanor, eye contact, and courteous communication
- Embody arenaflex service qualities by offering help proactively, identifying needs, and following up until issues are resolved
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
Sales and Transaction Management
- Register customer purchases accurately on designated point-of-sale systems
- Collect payments and provide correct change as needed
- Process voids, returns, delays, refunds, and exchanges as required
- Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest complementary products or upsell opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, seasonal offers, and sale items
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
Store Operations and Maintenance
- Keep counters and retail spaces clean, organized, and well-merchandised
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Receive and price stock as directed by management
- Implement company asset security protocols to identify and minimize loss
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled products such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco
- Build and maintain eye-catching product displays including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise
- Complete resets and modifications as directed by the management team
Product Knowledge and Inventory Management
- Assist with proper separation of food items including separating raw foods from pre-cooked items
- Position products according to company policies and procedures
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology for inventory rotation
- Restock shelves and ensure product availability
- Maintain working knowledge of store systems and equipment
- Stay informed about new products and seasonal offerings
Photo Center Services
- Provide customer assistance in the photo center area
- Process digital passport photo requests
- Handle banner printing and creative machine operations
- Specialize in unique and special photo product sales
- Ensure quality control of all photo center outputs
Online Order Fulfillment
- Handle web order responsibilities including screening orders in the system
- Process order picks efficiently and accurately
- Deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store
- Maintain communication with customers regarding order status
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Store Appearance and Cleanliness
- Assist with both internal and external maintenance responsibilities
- Ensure clean, tidy, and organized store environment and appearance
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the store
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols
Team Collaboration and Professional Development
- Follow all company policies and procedures consistently
- Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and supervisors
- Attend training sessions and complete required professional development courses
- Complete special projects and additional tasks as assigned
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Language Skills: Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Availability: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
