About This Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our clients, engaging with customers over the phone to qualify them and connect them with the right sales representatives. Your typical day will involve making and taking calls from individuals who have inquired about our clients' services or received offers to maximize their current benefits.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy talking to people, possess a positive attitude, and take pride in delivering excellent customer experiences. You'll work flexible shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM MST, providing support across various campaigns and client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in our customer acquisition process. Your responsibilities include:
- Phone Communication: Make and receive customer phone calls daily, engaging in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Qualification Process: Use provided scripts to guide conversations and effectively qualify customers before transferring them to sales representatives.
- Data Entry: Accurately record information from consumer conversations using arenaflex's proprietary systems, ensuring all details are properly documented.
- Multi-Campaign Support: Work across different client campaigns, adapting your approach to meet various client requirements and objectives.
- Customer Experience Delivery: Provide exceptional customer experiences that reflect arenaflex's commitment to quality and professionalism.
- Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and performance.
Essential Qualifications
