Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of customer inquiries, analyze payment history/notes, and communicate statuses to customers.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Strong attention to detail and a drive to solve problems and meet goals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience in customer service.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Requirements for Working from Home
To ensure a productive and secure work environment, you'll need:
- Excellent internet connectivity, with internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
- Hardwired internet access, with a dedicated and secure workspace.
- A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications.
