As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the vital link between our organization and the customers we serve. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

Customer Inquiry Management
- Promptly process internal and external customer requests received via telephone, fax, email, and mail
- Handle external customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipments, and general questions with professionalism and expertise
- Manage internal customer inquiries from departments including Sales, Freight, Plant Operations, and Order Management
- Provide accurate information and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Order Processing Excellence
- Review and process order entry in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform order accuracy checks to ensure specifications and quantities are correct
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any order discrepancies or issues
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
Problem Resolution & Relationship Building
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external team members to resolve customer concerns
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across all departments
- De-escalate conflict professionally and diplomatically while maintaining customer satisfaction

Ownership & Initiative
- Take full ownership of customer inquiries from initial contact through resolution

- Participate actively in problem-solving meetings and contribute valuable insights
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with Order Management peers to deliver superior customer experiences

Education & Experience Requirements
Minimum Requirements
