About This Role
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our attractions and visitor experience operations. You will assist with data entry tasks, provide outstanding customer support via phone and digital channels, and help maintain the smooth operation of our visitor-facing systems. This role reports directly to our Attractions Operational Innovation team and offers tremendous opportunities for professional development within our dynamic organization.
You will work closely with internal partners to deliver elite visitor experiences through intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex Experiences (DX). This is a fantastic entry point into the world of entertainment technology, where your contributions will directly impact millions of visitors annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately enter, maintain, and organize data related to park attractions, visitor feedback, and operational metrics. Ensure data integrity and timeliness in all documentation systems.
- Customer Support Excellence: Respond to visitor inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and enthusiasm. Address concerns promptly and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression of arenaflex.
- Collaboration & Communication: Foster strong relationships with team members and provide thought leadership. Demonstrate influence by driving initiatives to completion effectively and efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas where business problems can be addressed creatively. Contribute ideas for enhancing visitor experiences through improved data systems and support processes.
- Team Support: Work collaboratively with various specialists and team members to execute projects and scale solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors.
- Documentation & Reporting: Build standard procedures used in daily operations. Work with specialized units to plan and implement projects in the customer support space.
- Technology Integration: Collaborate with different teams to achieve goals in improving system performance. Coordinate with existing software practices to ensure effective operations.
- Continuous Learning: Engage with research and colleagues to stay current with best practices in customer support and data management. Embrace ongoing training and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
While no prior experience is necessary, we are looking for candidates who possess the following foundational skills and attributes:
