We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative to join our Michigan Member Services team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional support via telephone, email, and other communication channels. - Provider Support: Assist healthcare providers with eligibility verification, benefit inquiries, and claims issue resolution. Build strong relationships with provider offices to facilitate seamless care delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all member interactions in our customer relationship management system. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

- Call Center Expertise: One (1) year of experience in a high-volume call center environment, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Managed Care Knowledge: Understanding of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions. Familiarity with health insurance terminology, claims processing, and authorization procedures is highly desirable.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Spanish, is a plus given our diverse member population.
