Position Overview
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Virtual Customer Support Representatives to join our growing remote team. Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven customer support experience or previous experience as a client service representative in a similar industry

Working Hours and Availability
We offer full-time positions with flexible working hours to accommodate various schedules. Our virtual customer support team operates around the clock to serve our customers, so we need team members who are:
- Available to work in different shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to adjust schedules based on business needs and peak periods
- Comfortable with the possibility of rotating shifts to ensure fair coverage
- Able to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week
