This is a high-intensity, fast-paced role that demands your full attention throughout every shift. You must be able to follow the schedule strictly and consistently. There is no flexibility on hours or tracker compliance.
Position Overview
We are seeking a confident, persistent, and outgoing Outbound Cold Calling Agent to revive and convert aged leads for a fast-paced law firm. The primary objective of this role is to re-engage older leads through outbound calls and successfully schedule consultations.
This is not a passive role. You will be working through lists of leads who previously expressed interest but never moved forward. You must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, handling rejection professionally, following structured scripts, qualifying based on firm criteria, and confidently securing appointments.
In addition to calling, you will help manage outreach through our SMS campaign software — sending, monitoring, and following up on text-based outreach to support conversion efforts.
This is a high-accountability role where performance is measured by consultations scheduled and documentation accuracy. Hiring ASAP.
Core Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to aged and previously contacted leads
Re-engage leads who showed prior interest but never scheduled
Follow a structured outbound call script while keeping conversation natural
Gather and verify case information accurately
Qualify leads before scheduling
Schedule consultations in the firm's booking system
Manage and send outreach through our SMS campaign software
Monitor SMS responses and follow up promptly to drive conversions
Enter and manage data within CRM/case management systems
Meet consultation conversion and documentation standards
Call Volume:
This is a high-volume outbound role. Expect to make a large number of dials per shift to reach connection and scheduling targets. Strong time management, stamina, and resilience are required to stay productive throughout the day.
Required Qualifications:
Outbound cold calling or telemarketing experience
Appointment-setting or consultation scheduling experience
Experience working in a call center or structured call environment
Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
Comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated through high call volume
Experience using SMS/text outreach platforms or campaign tools
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Clear, confident, and professional phone presence
Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
Dependable and punctual for an early-morning shift start
Preferred Qualifications:
Law firm intake experience
Legal case qualification experience
Experience reviving or working aged/cold lead lists
Spanish-speaking (bilingual)
