They’re now looking for a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to help customers unlock the full value of healthcare data while shaping how trusted, high-quality data products are delivered across the platform.
This role sits at the intersection of healthcare analytics, data quality, customer partnership, and modern AI-enabled operations, helping customers understand, trust, and operationalize complex clinical and claims data at scale.

The Mandate
• Partner directly with customers to solve complex healthcare data and platform challenges
• Build trust in the platform by explaining data transformations, logic, and quality outcomes
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to develop advanced customisations and solutions
• Contribute to the evolution of a best-in-class validation framework across healthcare datasets
• Act as an internal subject matter expert across claims, clinical, and operational healthcare data flows
• Drive improvements in data reliability, quality, and customer confidence
• Apply AI tooling to improve efficiency, organization, and delivery across multiple initiatives
• Translate technical complexity into clear business and operational outcomes
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data environments
• Strong knowledge of clinical data models and overall healthcare data ecosystems
• Deep understanding of healthcare data standards and feeds including FHIR, HL7, CCD, and full extracts
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology including ICD, SNOMED, LOINC, RxNorm, and related frameworks
• Experience working with value-based care models and healthcare performance measurement
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to varied audiences
• Experience managing multiple priorities while leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and execution
• Genuine interest in adopting AI-enabled workflows and operational practices
Bonus
• Advanced SQL capability with experience working across complex datasets and environments
• Experience working within health systems, ACOs, CINs, payer organizations, or insurers
• Experience working within healthcare technology vendors
• Exposure to healthcare data validation, governance, or platform operations environments
