Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with event vendors, including caterers, AV providers, security, and entertainment. Create comprehensive event timelines and project plans, ensuring all milestones are met and communicated effectively. Lead and motivate event staff and volunteers, providing clear direction and support throughout the event process. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues and ensure smooth event operations. Coordinate all logistical aspects, including venue setup, staffing, transportation, and attendee flow. Serve as the primary point of contact for all event stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and VIPs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale events with complex logistical requirements. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
