Job Overview
As a Lead Full Desk Recruiter - Remote, you'll play a critical role in identifying and securing new clients, finding and placing matching candidates to specific roles, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with hiring managers to ensure their staffing needs are met, and develop trusted relationships with candidates and clients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify new industry-specific clients and build relationships with executives to secure new business.
- Candidate Sourcing: Find qualified candidates to fill specific roles for our clients using various tools and methods.
- Recruitment Process: Assist with interview preparations, communications, and extending offers to qualified applicants.
- Client Relationships: Work with hiring managers to ensure their staffing needs are met and develop trusted relationships with clients.
- Project Management: Assist with other projects or functions within a fast-paced work environment.
- Candidate Experience: Develop trusted relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements for Success:
