You will be responsible for curriculum development, storyboarding, scriptwriting, and the creation of interactive learning materials. Experience with various authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS) is essential. You will also be involved in evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and making recommendations for improvement. As a Lead Instructional Designer, you will mentor and guide other instructional designers, ensuring consistency in design quality and adherence to best practices. This role requires strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
