Energy CX is redefining the energy brokerage industry as the fastest-growing player in the US. As a Legal & Compliance Analyst, you will ensure regulatory adherence, manage contracts, and maintain company policies within a high-visibility team.
Responsibilities
- Own contract and agreement management end to end — tracking, redlining, and execution
- Ensure regulatory compliance across multi-state PUC filings, renewals, and reporting
- Build and maintain SOPs, compliance trackers, and internal documentation
- Partner with leadership on financial oversight, process improvement, and special projects
- Review, redline, and manage NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, and RFPs
- Maintain document trackers and monitor SLA adherence
- Coordinate with regulatory counsel on state energy filings and PUC compliance
- Identify and respond to publicly available RFPs; support cross-functional initiatives
Skills
- 1-2+ years in compliance, legal ops, or a related operations role
- Experience reviewing and redlining contracts (NDAs, MSAs, or similar)
- Highly organized — has built or maintained trackers, SOPs, or compliance systems
- Strong written communicator; comfortable owning work independently
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Suite, and Notion
